The BIC Softball Field sits on the south side of the BIC high school campus in Monette, Ar. Renovated in the Summer of 2019, the BIC Softball Field is home to the Varsity team and the Junior High team.

In 2019, field renovations began with the installation of a new nine inning scoreboard. Along with the scoreboard, the playing surface was reconstructed to allow better drainage and a green rubber-coated fence was installed.

The outfield grass installation took place in the Spring of 2020. In August of that year, Dewitt Farms helped spread 100 yards of Mississippi red clay that makes up the main infield mix.

From the Fall of 2020 to the early Spring of 2021, several additions took place to prepare for the Spring 2021 season such as:

- Addition of turf to the batting cage.
- Spreading of Turface MVP conditioner on the infield.
- Installation of bases, home plate, and pitching rubber. (With help from the Wattigney and Hamilton Family).
- Installation of new foul poles built by BIC FFA and Bruce Fires. (With help from Dewayne Couch).
- Addition of concession stand
- Purchase of a full infield tarp

The backstop net and the batting cage tunnel was replaced in the Spring of 2022, (due in part to the December 2021 tornado). Special thanks to Kiesch-Shauver-Miller Gin, the Bryeans Family, and the Hamilton Family for their help with installations. Later into the Fall of 2022, the home bullpen was installed.

In the Spring of 2023, the windscreen was installed on the fence and remains the main focal point of the field. The windscreen was made possible by the seven sponsors visible on the windscreen. These sponsors are Jackson Farms, McFarlin Pharmacy, RGL Construction, Monette Feed & Hardware, The Mustang Club, Cane Island Produce, and Dewitt Farms.

The Mustang Athletic Complex, commonly called the MAC, is located in the middle of the high school building. The main entrance to the MAC is through the front of the high school building.

The MAC can host up to 1,600 spectators, has a weight room, four locker rooms, an officials locker room, two coaches offices with private bathrooms, a full concession stand, concession stand storage, eight storage rooms, and a kitchenette.

The scoreboards in the gym are sponsored by McFarlin Pharmacy, RGL Construction, Monette Feed & Hardware, and Monette Auto Repair.

The four-sided scoreboard at midcourt is sponsored in a ten-year deal with Centennial Bank.
